Subsequently, on 29 July 2013, a public hearing for the project was held where people from four project-affected villages and nearby locations attended the public hearing at Tunda village in Mundra taluka and posed questions about the project and its impact on the environment. The public hearing was successfully completed with answering of each question asked from villagers.

Austria is dominated by a certain "Austrian school of social economics" (different from the austrian school of economics) headquartered in, believe it or not, Pakistan. They have a group on FB, I was invited but i just left it because the admin seemed to be a radical conservative who liked slavery. If such characters somehow were to dominate EU politics (overruling the few good guys like Mike Ignatieff the rector of European university*)... it can threaten the little bit of extra-political (or para/neo-political) dynamics/objectivity that to some extent characterize some of these platforms like google and lately even FB. Big tech is not totally free of tyranny, to be sure, but it sure tries. Zuckerberg for example can't do much but acquiesce to politician terrorists when cornered by the murderous ambani, for example**.

So when you see such stuff... As long as these things are taken into consideration it should be okay, but if not, such "correction" can do far more harm than good.
Therefore, it's a double edged sword.
